Nestled in Spruce and Aspen
trees, this log home is perfect for your summer getaway. It is secluded yet
very assessable year round. Every window in the house has a beautiful view of
the 14,000 ft. mountains surrounding Lake City. Relax on the back porch that
runs the length of the house while listening to the roar of the Argenta Falls
waterfall off the back of the property.
The
quaint town of Lake City is only four miles away, while beautiful Lake San
Christobal is within walking distance of only ½ mile. Public fishing is
plentiful around Lake City if you are wanting to fish for trout in the streams
or the lake. Hiking, snowmobiling, and watching the wildlife are all fun
activities for the family to enjoy.
The cabin
has 2 bedrooms and one bath with an open floor plan upstairs, plus a
mother-in-law efficiency apartment downstairs. Each level is complete with a
bath, full kitchen and washer/dryer. The cabin is newly furnished throughout.
